Section 29A
Personal details to be kept

(1) The responsibility of keeping the personal details of the employees working in their office correct will be the responsibility of the concerned department head or head of office. It will be the responsibility of the concerned staff to update their personal details.
(2) If the employees who are potential candidates for promotion are abroad due to government work, study or work or are unable to submit the application form due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond their control, the relevant department head or head of office shall send the details of such employees to the office that publishes the promotion notification within the deadline of the promotion notification. The promotion committee will finalize the promotion action based on the details sent in this way.
(3) If a candidate is found to have submitted false information while filling the promotion application form, he will be punished departmentally.
